Motorized shades

Shades that move with the sun.

Motorized shades and drapery that protect your interiors from Houston sun, lower for privacy and work with your lighting scenes.

Why motorize

Houston sun is hard on floors, fabric and art, and modern homes have more glass than ever. Motorized shades lower on a schedule or when the sun hits a side of the house, then rise again for the view. Tall windows that would be out of reach by hand become one button.

Tied into everything else

Shades are part of the same system as your lighting, so "Goodnight" can lower the bedroom shades and turn off the house at once. In Library House, one keypad controls drapery by room and by side of the house, including a West Shades button for afternoon sun.

High-rise residences

Double-height glass in a high-rise needs shading that works without a ladder. In Skyline Residence, roller shades on two-story windows are set from the same keypads as the lights.

Planned early

Shade pockets, power and wiring need to be in the drawings before framing. Bring us in early and the hardware disappears into the ceiling detail.

Let's talk about your home.
