Savant control, Lutron lighting and shades, and automated lifts in a high-rise home wrapped in double-height glass, where the TV and the bar disappear when they aren't needed.

What we installed

The systems in this home.

In a home with this much glass, the shades do as much work as the lights. We tied both into one system so the light in every room can be set in a single touch.

  • Control

    Savant

    Lighting, shades and entertainment on one system, run from keypads, the Savant app or voice.

  • Lighting

    Lutron lighting control

    Recessed, cove and accent lighting grouped into scenes for each room, so a single button sets the whole space.

  • Shading

    Lutron motorized shades

    Roller shades on double-height windows that would be out of reach by hand, lowered for glare and privacy and raised for the view.

  • Lifts

    Automated TV and panel lifts

    The bedroom TV rises from its cabinet and a walnut panel closes off the living-area bar, both from the same Savant controls.
