Heights Deco

Savant control with Lutron lighting and shades in a white-brick home of deep blue rooms, patterned marble and Art Deco detail, where the technology stays out of sight so the design can take the lead.

What we installed

The systems in this home.

In a house this detailed, every keypad, sensor and speaker had to fit the architecture. We worked with the designer and builder to place each one so it reads as part of the room.

  • Control

    Savant

Lighting, shades and entertainment on one system, run from keypads, the Savant app or voice.

  • Lighting

    Lutron lighting control

Chandeliers, picture lights, sconces and recessed lighting grouped into scenes, so each room is set with a single button.

  • Shading

    Lutron motorized shades

Shades behind the drapery that lower for privacy and afternoon sun, tied into the same scenes as the lighting.
