What we installed

The systems in this home.

Every system was designed, installed and programmed by our team, working alongside the builder and designer so the technology fits the architecture.

Control
Savant
One system for lighting, shades, audio and climate, run from keypads, the Savant app or voice.
Lighting
Lutron lighting control
Scenes for every part of the day, with clean keypads in place of rows of switches.
Shading
Lutron motorized shades
Shades that lower at the touch of a button or on a schedule, tied into the same scenes as the lighting.
Audio
Sonance Invisible Series
Speakers installed behind the plaster, so there's music in the room and nothing to see on the walls or ceiling.
Network
Ruckus Wi-Fi
Enterprise-grade wireless network that every other system, and every device in the house, depends on.
