What we installed

The systems in this home.

Every system was designed, installed and programmed by our team, working alongside the builder and designer so the technology fits the architecture.

Control
Savant
One system for lighting, shades, TVs, music and climate, run from keypads, the Savant app or voice.
Lighting
Lutron lighting control
Recessed, cove and accent lighting set to scenes, with clean keypads in place of rows of switches.
Shading
Lutron motorized shades
Shades that lower at the touch of a button or on a schedule, tied into the same scenes as the lighting.
Video
Sony TVs
Televisions set into niches and paneling around the house, all on the same control system.
Audio
Sonance speakers
Architectural speakers set into the ceilings, so there is music in the room and almost nothing to see.
